Freight Charges – Australia Wide

During the checkout process you will be able to check the shipping costs for your order. All orders within the Sydney Metro area are shipped via a same day courier once the order is ready. All orders outside the Sydney Metro area are shipped via TNT. You will receive a confirmation email once your items have been shipped. All TNT deliveries can be tracked via the TNT online tracking system http://www.tntexpress.com.au/interaction/trackntrace.aspx.

TNT deliveries will only be made to fixed business addresses. Additional fees will be charged for delivery to a residential address. Goods cannot be left at unattended premises and must be signed for on receipt. If there is no-one available to take delivery of the items then a redelivery fee will be charged. No responsibility will be taken for lost/undelivered items.

Axolotl Paint only ships to addresses within Australia.

Delivery Times

Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind, if you are located rurally this may cause an extended delay of one week minimum.

We endeavour to dispatch products on the same day for all in-stock items for orders placed before 12pm on business days. Items which require tinting will be dispatched within 2 business days. Cement paint will dispatched within 7 business days. If an item ordered is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer you be notified immediately by phone or email. We will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
